Executive Coaching

Howatt HR Executive Coaching helps leaders develop their leadership knowledge and skills and provides executives with a trusted advisor to discuss strategic thinking and decisions.

Executive Coaching is one of the most effective strategies for helping corporate leaders create organizational change to stay competitive. It assists leaders to become more effective at decreasing turnover, which is directly linked to productivity, profitability, and effectiveness.

Executive Coaching also can be used to assist corporate leaders to develop personal life balance to better navigate the competing priorities and stress of an executive's world. A recent study by the US Mental Health Awards showed that 93% of executives reported moderate to high levels of stress in their work and 80% felt stress negatively impacted their productivity. Each month, major US magazines publish client testimonials about the success of Executive Coaching in the workplace. Motorola has estimated that for every dollar it spends on coaching its people, it gets $30 back in increased sales and retention of customers. More and more organizations are using Executive Coaching to mitigate the losses incurred from the impact of stress on executives due to ineffective communications, organizational skills, conflict resolution, leadership and decision making.

Howatt HR Consulting Executive Coaching adapts and designs each coaching program to the client’s organization.
