The PsychSafe Coach is designed for organizations that have identified Psychological Health and Safety (PHS) as a strategic priority and need expert guidance on where to start, how to build a defensible program, and how to sustain it long term.
Delivered by Howatt HR’s network of PHS experts, PsychSafe Coaches bring deep experience in occupational health and safety, CSA Standard Z1003, and emerging legislation, along with leading practices in PHS program development and implementation.
How it works
Engagements typically range from 3–10 days, with optional ongoing support 1–2 days per month.
A PsychSafe Coach will:
- Clarify priorities and desired outcomes with internal champions
- Build a structured, evidence-based PHS program
- Strengthen internal capability to lead and sustain efforts
- Ensure alignment with legislation, standards, and duty-of-care expectations
- Support measurement, reporting, and defensibility
- Where appropriate, organizations can leverage PsychSafe™ software to assess, plan, and track progress.
